I've started to skin my Sony-Ericsson T630 too, can't get enough of skinning. Though once I've completed something after working hard on it for a while I need to step down a couple of days and do something completely different. It's like it's bottled up inside. /me thinks that would be an awesome skin farkus! As I see it, there's nothing wrong with creating a "fan" skin based on a movie/game/band/whatever for personal use. The downside is you can't share it with the rest of the world, but you can share it with yourself and say to yourself you did it. It's gotta be a hard choice, but my 3 favourites are mentioned. To explain my choice of colors for CS, I'd say I'm in a design/layout period where I don't like it very colorful, I wanna keep it subtle and easy on the eyes sticking with a few colors. Another great thing is it goes well with a lot of other skins that aren't that colorful.
