I totally agree with you. And simply judging by the UI it is a bug, not an UI issues. If you stumble on the same bug, I kindly ask you to share a save file, as this is the only reliable way to track down bugs.

Well, it clearly says you are in positive income. My first guess would have been, that you somehow payed more than you had stored, but if you say, it has been going down for several turns, that is unlikely. Could you share a save file?

Hey, thank you for sharing with this detailed feedback! The loyalty penalty for governors or commanders is somewhat different to reassigning a minister. A minister just "changes" a cabinet within your government, while a governor would need to take a long flight, and major readjustments to the new planet. Same applies to a commander. But of course there is room for complexity and this is why feedback from our fans is so valuable to us!

Hey, yes, as mentioned by Ramma, Multiplayer is supposed to be grayed out. While the generate button not. In order to use generate button, you need to have internet connection. Are you on steam or epic?
