Smartaz, I think you are onto something. I have had chronic sinus problems all my life but they have gotten much worse the last couple of years. People I know who have never had sinus problems in their life are now starting to. I have never heard of so many kids with asthma before! Luckily neither of my kids have that. Chris, I agree. Nose picking is a big problem with these guys and their classmates. I make them wash every time I catch it but it is a constant thing. I thought mine were the only ones until I started helping out with my son's class. They are all a bunch of pickers! p_conrad, there is a difference between taking sick time and being sick. Moms aren't allowed to be sick. You have to keep going whether you feel like death or not.

I was so excited when I heard this story on the news this morning. Scientists were able to freeze a woman's ovary while she underwent treatment for cancer. She went into menopause which would normally mean she no longer had hopes for concieving. They then implanted the ovary under her tissue, it reversed her menopause, ovum were produced, they then created an embryo. Tech Cat, it is exactly the same as saying "are you pro-choice?" That is what is always asked. I don't see a bias. I agree that noone ever admits to being an extremist. I just find it weird how many people look at politics like they were born into a party. I was born catholic. My parents have always been Republican so I guess I am too. Ah, the news today regarding this story explains that the father of the little girl is now in the mix and that is one of the reasons the girl is in foster care. Apparently he didn't sign as her father when she was born because he didn't believe then that he was the father. What changed since? Media attention? Don't know.
