The Bag End SPCA would like to speak with the owner of a small pony who returned to the Shire in the dead of night six weeks ago. The pony was malnourished and had frostbite injuries. A local spokesman for the SPCA said "Yeah, somebody probably dragged this poor beastie to Carhadras or something, poor thing." AOL Time-Warner filed suit today claiming copyright infringement against Sauron Technologies for using much of their coding for AOL IM service as part of the much touted Palantir.
