Am I the only one that thinks this new version is far too glossy, shinny and blue? I actually really like the look of WMP XP and 9 and am disappointed with the direction they took with it visually. Thank goodness for skins, right? That being said, being the techno junkie I am I will inevitably update tonight and give it a go. However, as WMP 9 used to be my favorite jukebox, it has been supplanted by foobar2000, so I may not even have it open that much. Thanks for the heads up!

Hmm, never seen a splash screen. Shareware version or registered? [Message Edited]
Excellent. Good to see you guys getting some more coverage. Congrats.
https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WC&id=235224 There is a thread (just down the page a bit!) with lots of different options. Me, I just us the Note It one already linked to.
Maybe another way to get a membership is to post a graphical link in our own websites... I think the best way is to do what is already set up. Either buy Stardock programs/WC subscription or really contribute to the site (being helpful to others and contributing your own work). It seems pretty simple to me really. Those who can share their ar
My antibiotic drops say "Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates and Hydrocortisone Otic Suspension USP" and they are still in date (til 12/04). Great, then that should do it for you. The only difference if they were ofloxacin would be to do that whole regiment twice a day. Would be nice, but give it a go f
Tex - And I won't be offended in any way if you don't want to take my advice. I am not a doctor (yet). But am in medical school and have finished a full year of clinical work (taking care of things just like this). Not trying to brag or anything, just thought you deserved to know what I was basing my advice on.
A'righty Tex, here is what I got for you. First off, if you make an appointment for 2 weeks can you cancel without incuring some sort of penalty? You really should be able to afterall. If so, make the appointment in case this doesn't get better, but hopefully you can cancel it. Second, what exactly are in the eardrops? I am hoping it is something along the lines of neomycin+polymixin+hydrocortisone. Just see what exactly is in i
Yeah, my only gripe about becoming a subsciber (okay, not really a gripe, just the only thing I was disappointed with) was that I had no idea what the "premium suites" were. I would have liked to have known before hand, just seen a shot of them. Wouldn't have changed my becoming a subscriber, just would have been nice. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT=
Mav Phoenix - As long as you backed up the .png or .ico files you have used for the dock icons, and the image files for the tabs you are set. Me, I would just backup my whole ObjectDock folder (minus the executables and such - the image folder, themes folder, and backgrounds folder) and I would be set. You can save your set up as a theme, and as long as the image files and such are in the same place once you reformat then the .ini files for the themes should load up just fine. I have saved a
Nice video Brad. One quick question. Is there an archive of the SDTV videos? I remember watching one a while back on making widgets (or DX objects, can't remember) and now that I have the program would like to watch it again. Thanks.
I have been using it for a couple weeks now and am really impressed. Great service. And I agree with the visual demonstration from juni, the ads in Gmail are nothing, I never even really notice them, as opposed to the huge, sometimes flashing and blinking ads in Hotmail and even in Yahoo mail.
Sounds like a fun little experiment citahellion. I will give it a go after I think of something.
Um, for those of us who are completely stupid, what are Uggs Dharma? I really have no concrete idea.
Excellent article Gideon, gets an "Insightful" from me. I have never understood why it was okay to bash one religion while defending another. This needed to be said, and I think you said it quite well. Thanks.
What drives me the most crazy is that I can tell, with 100% accuracy (at least so far) when something is wrong with my wife. In fact there have been times when I asked her what was wrong, she replied "nothing" and actually meant it. Then we got talking, things came out, and she admitted she hadn't realized there was something wrong until we talked. So, far too often something actually is wrong, but it isn't that my wife doesn't want to tell m
Wow, good to see others feel the same way. I always suspected there were lots of us out there. I wrote a blog on this a while back I think I called "A Man without a Party" or some such drivel. My biggest hope as a member of the Angry Middle is that whoever is elected as the next president will remember they shouldn't represent Democrats or Republicans. They should represent Americans.
Unfortunately, we cannot sell products that might make us go out of business. (oops did I say that?) Shucks. Well, better cancel my order than as I don't have the appropriate system requirements.
Ah, trina, just wait until they get older and they can actually say, very, very clearly, that you are, in fact the worst mommy in the world. Sweet, sweet times.
Oregano's an herb....here, have some cayenne for spice....hehe Doh! What was I thinking??? *cowers in corner in shame*
Hah, I actually am not a big snow skier. Been enough to know sort of what I am doing, but I don't like winter enough to seek it out. I much prefer the water variety.
TW-I was sort of thinking the same.
A doctor concerned with patients' well-being first and not payments or malpractice insurance I know quite a few actually. I would be happy to introduce you. An athletic
Gideon, it sounds to me like you really have a great opportunity here. While I understand your reticence given your previous experiences, I think the opening of new homes, and all that requires, would leave lots of opportunities for you to effect some change. It sounds like you would be more than prepared for the job, and certainly both wise enough and optimistic enough to tackle the challenges you would face. Maybe I am being naive (heck, I
Haha, that was great. And I can totally believe it. We bathe our two little girls together, and sometimes, when we are really trying to get Jessica's hair (the older one) good and clean we will rinse it off in the shower. I usually get Aubrey out first though as she isn't a big fan. Set her on the floor, wrap her in a towel, and bam, she is off, naked as a jaybird, finding whatever she can get into. Crazy kids.
