Dread Pirate Roberts is from a movie called "The Princess Bride." Very funny movie. Got a place called the Cliffs of Insanity. Don't know if that is a real pirate as well. But it would be a good name. Hope this helps never-never.

The best way is to start off with small amounts like 20BC over 100 months. Do this a few times spread out over something like 20 turns, and they should start getting to close. Also, a lot of trade, similar views (morality), and getting that AI dependant on you help.

I really think there is a significant chance that Kerry will win. Why else would the current administration already be attacking Kerry, even when he has not officially recieved the Democratic Party nomination yet. Also, take note of the intial date that was set for the release of that report on 9/11. The initial date was after the election had occured. It sounds to me that Bush is really worried about losing.

Yeah, I have found that minors at low levels that pay out their rear ends for techs that they will never use to be helpful. But at Maso, I now play with the initial minors turned off. They just take space from me and give the other majors who will get to them first free planets. But those late game minors...Another story entierely. LOL

He is entitled to his opinions, and there is no reason to attack him for them. Let's just let the community of hundreds of people here that play and enjoy this game every day do the talking for us. We really don't exactly know what luck does, or at least I don't. Mostly, you can get lucky by finding a nearby PQ 26, or finding a Lucky Ranger, or by finding about 100 Corvettes. I find the Populists, the Universalists, and the Industrialists to be the best parties.

Yes. I do not think Mindshock puts mods into the library that might cause problems. Also, if you really want to be certain, download the Stardock Certified ones only. Any other questions?
