There are mods that cause you to get a 0 score. Most notable are the ones that cause a great increase in PQ, but are not events such as colonization events. These would be planetary mods that get the PQ over a certain level, I am not sure what. I think plantets over something around PQ 50 disqualify you.
Galciv Writer dosnt work it says"Run 339"
Try what Damoose said first. Then see if you are still having problems. Make sure to click on where you installed the new version, otherwise it won't work. Check back if you still have a problem.

Depends on what you mean. Altarian Prophecy has a map editor and a scenario editor. If you want to edit things like political parties, ships, events, anomlies, you want the GalCiv writer, located here.http://www.ctuit.com/bill/galciv.htm#Downloads If you want a overall writer for program editing, then I do not know of one.

I have seen this more than once, and I checked the text to be sure. I have been offered "trades" from the AIs, but there is nothing on the AIs side. I can try to reproduce from saves if you want. I have just DL'ed 1.49K, and the game I am playing is not a holdover from the last version, but is the same save from the last version. Don't know if that would effect anything.

I must admit, that is one of the most thought through ideas that I have seen yet (not to insult others who have put out ideas, I simply see that he has thought things through to a great extent). These are really good ideas. I know that Stardock takes these opinions seriously. And some of those ideas sound really neat, especially the espionage and spare military ideas. [Message Edited]
