Monthly fee = Fail IMO. Besides that anything billed as MMO gets avoided like the plague by me. One of the reasons I am a loyal Stardock customer is their dedication to a solid singleplayer experience in most their games.

Seeing as most the other SD sites have them and Elemental's doesn't I'd say it was just an oversight. Maybe the web guys will see this and rectify it, as it's simply slapping the favicon into the Sites root directory(at least it's that simple on .php based site).

Yea, the shared forum thing has been a source of confusion on quite a few occasions since being instituted a couple of years ago or so. I'm posting from the Demigod forum at the moment, but I do have Sins and am partial to the TEC myself :) .
I have dealt with several games that have GFWL. Some of the earlier ones like Fallout 3 weren't a big deal. It installs it's GFWL BS, but then you can forget about it. Never had to start it or login/create account to play the game. Note, that I don't play multiplayer so I never had to deal with that part. Then along comes the likes of GTAIV. I had the opposite happen with SP. Before the update it rarely seemed to add favor therefore I was stuck with only about 400+. After update I went to play SP and I now have 9100. I thought maybe it was just making up for all the favor I never got before.
Got mine today, but keeps giving me an error when I try to login. Have to try to play with it when I get a little more time and make sure it's not just me doing something wrong. Edit:not sure what the problem was, but got it going now. Cool! [e digicons]:thumbsup:[/e]

Heh, Quite a few of us have/had been using AHK for a year or two. Indeed it is a great tool to get past some of the UI limitations.
The AIs are sacrificing their long term expansion by blowing their wad(of cash) on rush leasing ships right off the bat. If your playing on a map with plenty of planets you'll catch up to the AIs after they bog down under their own mismanagement. If your playing on a map where everyone only gets about 10-15 planets you will have to get out the gate faster to combat the AIs jump. Anything you buy retail published or developed by Stardock you can download by inputing your serial under add registrations in Impulse. I have Sins, Demigod and GC2 retail but have never even put the discs in my computer, just added the registrations and downloaded/installed.

The Mucho Macho Edition was Tropico and it's expansion(and a strat guide). Tropico reloaded has those plus Tropico 2: Pirates Cove. I Still Like 1 better then 2, but I think the pack is plenty worth it.

I just wonder why everytime I look for info on a game via google the lower half of the first page of results are links to torrents. Seems like game publishers would be actively trying to stop them from what looks like promoting piracy. With all the filters they have available you knwo they could cut those out. Anyone looking for game info can scroll down and see this and that "Full Game-Precracked" and like titles, effectively exposing and encouraging piracy to a group of people who otherwise
I also play with a group all on skype with no problems. We all played in windowed mode at primary monitor's resolution, so no minimizing issues either :) .

I've been using the Bing vs. Google plugin for FF. It gives you results from both in side by side split screen. Pretty handy and also good for making your own judgments of which you prefer after a while, being able to compare them so closely.
