Hey! I'm really glad your BN is now fully functional and that you actually use it!

Carlos, what system do you use? what graphic card? Please mail me: adam AT stardock DOT com . I'm really eager to fix the issues with it for you.
WolfwoodX, how can it be overpriced if it's free? It offers all that Feed Demon does but at no expense. the only feature that costs anything is writing andf managing your own blogs.
joe, you should be able to enter the serial into SDC. It is listed with the "Misc" components. Also entering the email you registered under in the form on this page: https://www.stardock.com/support.asp should result with a mail being sent to you with a serial and the latest update to BN. Great about the mini manual! Let me know if you need any help with it.
trully valuable suggestions. Thanks! I'll need to ponder on it for a while, though I think I can come up with something usefull. as for wizzards... I am not big on wizards, but i guess i could have a couple of wizard like walkthroughs embedded in a wizard like dialogs. I don't want make BN too memory intensive, and this could help things.
As to your last comment, I guess I could help a bit in making it easier to upload edited pages with one click or open pages via ftp. I'll think about how to integrate it nicely with the gui.
No problems here.
It requires animation, which is not exposed by SkinStudio UFF format directly at the moment.
The fourth part of the article already available here... If you have used any mail program supporting HTML there is really not all that much new I can show you here. Writing blogs with Blog Navigator is a breeze. Simply select New Blog Article from the File menu from the main menu or: <IMG src="http://www.skinstudio.net/blog_bi
Stardock Blog Navigator Professional offers a host of keyboard accelerators while you edit your articles. Here you have a short summary of the most important keystrokes used by the article editor. Formatting Description (Command) Key Togg
That's a great article! Also made me think of some new things for BN. Blog Navigator is best mostly when used in conjunction with Joe User. There are other RSS news readers that do more, but for now especially since I have a few JoeUser blogs to manage, it makes things easier to use, move blog postings and so o
First of all let me express how excited I am about the release of Blog Navigator. I think we did a good job on it and I am trully amazed at our approach to its release. Let me explain why. Mind that Stardock kept a guy (that would be me ;) ) on a payroll for a better part of a year to do this. We've been discussing the Blog Navigator release yesterday and Brad actually decided to remove ALL the RSS related limitations from the free edition of Blog
As to your error. There are a two of sollutions: 1) go to your BN profile - in my case: C:\Documents and Settings\Adam\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\Blog Navigator and rename the folder. - it should allow you to run it again. you may then try to import the BlogNavigator.XML again (though the result may not be satisfactory). 2) zip and send the folder to adam AT stardock DOT com so that I can look at it and see what have BN done wrong. Generally you should no
as to the adult content articles - in Blog Navigator go to www.joeuser.com and login there. You should be able to see everything like it should be. However the articles may still not appear on the RSS feeds. Not sure how Pat implemented it but since RSS has no authentication i believe he may skip those when generating the feeds.
Great! So far my experience with other software was that the new users in most cases provide the best feedback since they tend to have a fresh look at things and do not behave by their habits. I look forward to your feedback.
Oh... and thanks for your kind words! I strive to make it the best RSS reader there is. Should you have troubles learning or adjusting to it, i would love to read your comments about how it couls be easier for you, or what potentially I've done wrong. Thanks!
Indeed Blog Navigator does not support Unicode yet. could you please send me some of those Korean feeds so i could try to add support for them?
Yes, deleted the dating spam
nice... he anticipated my article and commented on it before even computers came to existence!
How about an universal freeform skins - a section for skinners wanting to build WMP skins but currently lacking the knowledge? They can be turned into WMP skins with SkinStudio easily but they have one big advantage - they can be tweaked to one's own preferences easily (using SKS). Mind me... I'm biased
Wow! I hope you will be able to do this periodically. I really enjoyed the article.
George, make a screenshot of the WC window, and crop it to the 32x32 pixels you want to turn into an icon. Save it as a bitmap or copy it to clipboard. Then, depending on what you did, select: File -> New -> Icon from image in clipboard OR drop the image from Explorer on IconDeveloper and it will let you turn it into an icon. Just select an apropriate color as a transparent color pressing the button pointed at in the following screen: http://www.skinstudio.net/temp/
