Yeh. I loved this song from the first time I heard it. Sid was very clever to include it in his CivIV.
Did you open a ticket as described in the Support FAQ post?
Why should it be a dedicated GalCiv3 Wiki? After all, GC3 is part of a continuing story.

I'm glad you didn't run into problems forcing the update to your Intel driver. To date, I have not heard of anyone who has, but ... As to the blank menu with the NVidia card, I suggest you open a ticket with StarDock and report the problem to NVidia. There is no telling where the real problem is, but StarDock may be able to find a way around the problem even if the problem isn't theirs. They have done so in the past.
Somewhere in this forum someone (I thought it was me, but maybe not) found out how to force their PC to load the latest GPU driver for Intel integrated GPUs in spite of a computer manufacturers code created to "prevent you from doing that". I just finished a couple of hours search for that post but could not find it. I think it pointed to a page on the Intel web site. OK. We may be in business. It all depends on how much risk you are willing to take, The solution that has worked for s
This problem sounds just like the one I had . I was playing as Antarians. I see you were playing as Drengins. Has anyone had this problem as Terrans or Iridiums?
According to the information I found on the NVidia site, the latest driver for your Quadro K1000M is level 340.66 dated 08/13/2014. And they have released over 16 drivers since the one you have, Intel has also released over a dozen drivers for their integrated HD 4000 series GPU since your driver. Many people have had the same difficulties you have until they brought their drivers up to date, BTW, I have found out the hard way that a computer manufacturer (Lenovo in your case)
As an Altarian, I reloaded a saved game and after examining my two shipyards the game crashed after closing the window for the second shipyard, I opened a ticket. Also, it was after adding a sponsor to the second shipyard.
On your 4th item, I have seen this happen and posted an issue here, One thing I noticed (I generally play in windowed mode) is that if I moved the mouse pointer off the game window and activated another window,, then moved back the rest of the display returned,
The "confirm battle" pop-up is nothing more than a minimalist place holder for when the real battle code gets released, None of us has seen or heard what it will look like, but the SD Devs tell us it will be awesome.
If by ZOC you mean the area within your boundary (blue for Tarren, red for Drengin, etc.) that is the ZOI (Zone Of Influence) not the Zone Of Control. The ZOI can, and often will, extend far beyond your ZOC,
/Quote. Graphics Cards (1.) Intel HD Graphics Family) (2.) Nvidia GeForce GT 540M) [I have forced the computer to use the Nividia card at all times] /.Quote. I have seen many posts about performance issues that involve there being an integrated HD graphics on the CPU in combination with another graphics card. Last I saw StarDock was talking to Intel about it. Edit: The "quote" function is not working on this forum.
The AI for GC3 is still in its infancy and still needs a lot of coaching (by Brad, of course). They often leave the AI finish work to near the end of Beta to let the other features settle in first,
How are you doing that? It sounds like a bug that should be described thoroughly so the Devs can fix it,
Strangely enough, after a reload, these are now showing, I am playing Antarians at the moment,
I am really hoping they will eventually include a "playlist" option for the music, like they have done before.
It would be nice if that was what is happening, but I am buying ships that are already partially ships and the game is completing that partially built ship, And this is happening with the Altarian shipyards but didn't happen with the Terran shipyards,
This is new to Beta 1. Previous builds showed how many move points a ship or, especially, a fleet had available and how many it had left.
The current method of populating Colony ships and Transports is slanted too heavily on the primary sponsor planet. The primary planet can become depleted of colonists.
The bar at the bottom of the ship designer is not accurate to the decimal points needed to show mass usage of modules like the Sparrow - which uses 12.6 units. Because of this if you have a Sparrow as one of your weapons and have used up 122.6 units of mass out of 130 it looks like you have used 122 units out of 130 and should be able to add a module that takes only 8 units (such as an Environmental Support Module) but it gets rejected. If armament and/or modules are going to use mass in deci
It is more fun now that we are in Beta. I can't wait for the new stuff in the coming builds,
Try a new game and see if it crashes at exactly the same turn number. Also submit a ticket . It may be more a function of how many planets are colonized, or ships are in play, or the completion of a particular unusual project, or ... I had crashes during the Alpha that I suspected were load issues, reported them, and they said they had it fixed and the fix would be in this build. Maybe they missed something.
It sounds like this is a bug and should be reported. If a wormhole causes a survey ship to go to space outside the ship's range the only orders you should be able to give it should be to return to space within its range. I have done this by clicking on the ship to get it selected then right clicking on space within its range, The ship should also work this way in auto survey mode, but they may have forgotten that piece of the code.
