People are going to bitch regardless of whatever choice is made, but I am curious if it would be easier or harder to develop LAN support on this vs. the standard online multiplayer. Honestly, I'm really only interested in playing this with friends coming over to my house vs. strangers halfway across the world. I think pursuing LAN support would be easier and more feasible to do.

I know that in the past, there were desyncing issues with autorecord and autosaving being on. Might be an engine issue, which would explain why it's carried over here. Try out with those being off.
Thank you and happy holidays!
Same to you, but this thread really wasn't needed (like the others said). I can't name one time that DS thread has ever made it to page 2 of this forum. It's pretty prevalent. I'm surprised you missed it (or you were too lazy to look [e digicons]-_-[/e] ). Good times all round.

About 80% of my debug reports are the game reporting sound data that is missing because I removed excess dialogue (mainly, the 3rd and 4th variants on the same command) to make room for extra races. Finally decided to clean up my debug reports so it isn't reported anymore when I'm testing my mod. Made sure each variant is no longer referenced in the sound dialogue and respective ship entities. What I don't understand is why are my debug reports still reporting it

Too many too people wine, complain, and bitch over this game. Use the tweaks on the control issues. You should be fine. Game also boasts new technology. There is no reason to stick everything on jack fucking high graphics wise when none of the drivers have been optimized for the Creation engine yet. I got some fixes for you gentlemen. The PC version isn't 100% fully optimized (mainly, in terms of controls), but despite the bitching you might see, it is fixable without mods. Here are some other common fixes that you might encounter: Sound: Alot of people are reporting staticy, and glitchy sound. It's pretty easy to fix. Just change your sound output to ~44Khz @ 24bit.&n
