I'm using ZA Plus 4.5 and don't have that problem, FWIW. Sounds like a weird and highly irritating problem. Can't think offhand what may be causing it even if you've been told ZA is the problem. Who told you that? Someone here?

You do have some walls that were accepted and IMO I've seen better (just my personal taste, not saying that's an objective standard) and also worse, again IMO, that also made it past moderation. But how you figure there's "corruption" just because some were rejected I don't understand. It's not like the mods who volunteer for this site profit from or have a vested interest in what does or doesn't get hosted on the site. And you've evidently been around long enough to know better than that to ma
Bakerstreet: this version works for W2K in addition to 98, etc. http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp (For XP users there is an XP specific version that requires XP SP1 according to the MS site).
It's difficult if not almost impossible to tell what skin you are referring to without at least the name of the skin or author. I'm not aware that there is available to the public a list of preloaded skins for the various versions of WB that have come out over the years. Perhaps if you could be a little more specific, did you just miss it in the latest WB version you have (and which version is that, 4.2?), etc. And what version you used before that you know had it. <A HREF="
When looking for something on the internet I often find that Google is my friend. Just a thought for future searches and inquiries regarding software apps.
The speed increase has been noticeable to me also. Congrats and thanks!
The WC Help messageboard is supposed to be for help with WC/SD applications, although a lot of people still post in the general chat messageboard (this board).
For trojans get a dedicated anti trojan app like TDS3. Go to this site and download and install a free trial of TDS, then go back to the TDS home site, update the AT defiinitions/signatures with the latest updates and then run a scan. http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=download
The messageboard is different from what you might find elsewhere, but after a while you get used to it. It's much better than it was before IMO and apparently new features are in the works.
And if that doesn't work if the WB directory has the wall in it you may manually apply it.
Did you download the bootskin program also or just a bootskin? You need the program (check the link in the first post above) to use any of the bootskins provided on this site.
I downloaded Kidville and it's a hoot for this rather aging kid. You've done some very nice work since you started (Nurse is one of my favorites) and so congrats when you hit 100K. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif"
Wonderful, BoXXi. And you should put something together, illustrations and all. I remember seeing Yum in your work, didn't know about this lovely story. You don't have to be cut out for the "literary" world. If anyone else is interested, fine. If they've got $$$ even better. <img src="http://images.stardock.c
What OS are you using? And what version WB? What kinds of problems are you having on your PC with WB?
For XP start button see here: http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/windowstips/story/0,24330,3361674,00.html
Lightstar's a skinner (msstyles). So it wouldn't be unlikely that he may have gotten permission from others to distribute their work with his skins. Evidently now he's associated with (or perhaps is behind, given the "star" theme of the various products) a new product of the StyleXP type. Hmnn.... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinBrowser!
Go back to where you downloaded the theme/skin from and look on the library page. (WindowBlinds library, DesktopX library, CursorXP library, whatever.) Read the info near the top of the page where it tells you what kinds of skins/themes, etc the library is for and "about" the program that is needed to run it. If a program is required to use the skin/theme/etc, a link will be there to the program. <img src="htt
Just to clarify, that "background border" around the page itself exists in Word if you're using the Print Layout view. Otherwise you won't see it.
Ah, in Word (XP anyway) the text page is fine. I guess what the user doesn't like on occasion is the background color that surrounds the page (which presumably changes depending on the skin used). I'd imagine that WB's per app exemption settings could probably adjust that to suit or at least send it back to default. (Oh, btw, when WB is running, on XP the system default is the classic style, not Luna. So if a program or component isn't skinned, it will appear as it does in the classic "unskinne
I suppose that must be the sort of erudite language that's used at her local Mensa meetings. [Message Edited]
SkinZone? That's a familiar nick. The previous holder of that nick met with an unfortunate mishap, I believe. An encounter with something known as the Fist of Death. It's a Karma sort of thing. Very Zen </A
So you downloaded the Stardock Central app and now you are having problems getting your serial number accepted so you can log in? Is that what you're trying to say?
CursorXP enhanced for $10 also gives one unlimited downloads. Cool little app.
Probably not if you still can't tell the difference between a website and the software programs featured on it.
