If your e drives are disappearing that sounds a lot more like a hardware issue Are you running steam of an external drive or something?
Also understand that just because legacy bugs aren't fixed, doesnt mean they are being ignored or are unknown. Many times bugs are notoriously deeper rooted than their apparent appearance in the game. Fixing a bug may have cascade effects into other areas. A seemingly simple bug may require so much resources to fix as to not be worth it as well.
I program in Perl for 'fun' I live in un-user friendly interfaces and code :P Definitely would be interested
Also the Tyrant level up screen shows the Wizard portrait
Did you fix the problemw here if your cities kill the lieutenants you cant finish the game?

I did a similar thing in college. I came down with a nasty bug and I was basically chugging down Nyquil. I read the label and realized it was supposed to be 4 doses a DAY not 4 doses an HOUR I was doing. I was getting the shakes in my hands that I couldn't stop! It was kinda scary But I aced my exam so..... mixed feelings there :P
One question though. Does the AI handle the fact that terrain changes? Right now th maps are static and more or less re 'snakes' towards the SK. But if you start breaking that how does the AI react? Will it send troops through the holes you create? In that a short cut for me, is in effect a shortcut for the AI. Which may be good/bad as you can funnel the AI into '300' style valleys of doom.
Ok, so unrest effects logistics. And a reduction in logistics is a reduction in production capacity. That is, the rate of production doesn't change, but the total volume of production decreases with an increase in unrest So, it still makes it imperative to pump out the units before the counter gets beyond a certain point.
The thing though is that as unrest increases then y
As my player Lich character in D&D used to say "I'm not evil. I am simply reallocating life force from an inefficient form, you, to more efficient form, me. I'm a conservationist at heart."
Well this has happened for GalCiv3 so I don't see any reason they woudln't extend it to SK for specific reasons.
I saw that. A lot of people just want to write it off as a "reskin" or a "prettier Fallen Enchantress".
Civ:BE is CONSTANTLY getting this. People don't use their brains....
I'm digging it, but I worry about its replay value. I realize there will be different classes eventually, but what about faction or unit diversity? I would love to see loads of class-specific units in light of the inability to c
I am SUPREMELY intrigued! Though I would say that at least in the 4X realm, AI War has done asymettrical empire building as well. I guess how does this compare/different/unrelated to AI War?
Well congrats to whoever won. It's a great game and you'll definitely enjoy it
I'd love Wasteland 2 for Steam as well. :) But congrats to whoever wins!
Are you running a 64-bit OS? What is the exact error youa re getting?
I've got your 'Diplomacy' right here. Just look carefully at this plasma cannon....
Remember that while other alien species may offer HVAC services. Only Satoru's Terran HVAC systems are installed by certified technicians Don't trust your HVAC install to just any installer. Call a company you can trust!
Games like Civ5 already can attempt to obliterate all your cores via DX11 pipeline optimzations http://slideplayer.us/slide/1609359/ Look at slide 16 to see 90% utilization of all cores of a 12 core system
@ hroeder Your drivers are WAY out of date You're literally 4 years behind in drivers http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/77228

OOOH betas within betas! :)
Bloom is now enabled by default
I think you need 'levels' of bloom. Something from "HDR Bloom" all the way up to "Star Trek Blinding Lens Flare"
Sort of dependson how they implement it all NOte that steam now allows you to 'disable' dlc within steam itself so even if there is no managment within the game itself, steam can 'in theory' allow you to turn on and off specific DLC if ou find it 'offensive' for some odd reason
