Also understand that just because legacy bugs aren't fixed, doesnt mean they are being ignored or are unknown. Many times bugs are notoriously deeper rooted than their apparent appearance in the game. Fixing a bug may have cascade effects into other areas. A seemingly simple bug may require so much resources to fix as to not be worth it as well.

I did a similar thing in college. I came down with a nasty bug and I was basically chugging down Nyquil. I read the label and realized it was supposed to be 4 doses a DAY not 4 doses an HOUR I was doing. I was getting the shakes in my hands that I couldn't stop! It was kinda scary But I aced my exam so..... mixed feelings there :P

One question though. Does the AI handle the fact that terrain changes? Right now th maps are static and more or less re 'snakes' towards the SK. But if you start breaking that how does the AI react? Will it send troops through the holes you create? In that a short cut for me, is in effect a shortcut for the AI. Which may be good/bad as you can funnel the AI into '300' style valleys of doom.

[quote who="Borg999" reply="8" id="3500600"] Ok, so unrest effects logistics. And a reduction in logistics is a reduction in production capacity. That is, the rate of production doesn't change, but the total volume of production decreases with an increase in unrest So, it still makes it imperative to pump out the units before the counter gets beyond a certain point. People don't use their brains.... [quote]I'm digging it, but I worry about its replay value. I realize there will be different classes eventually, but what about faction or unit diversity? I would love to see loads of class-specific units in light of the inability to c

I am SUPREMELY intrigued! Though I would say that at least in the 4X realm, AI War has done asymettrical empire building as well. I guess how does this compare/different/unrelated to AI War?

Sort of dependson how they implement it all NOte that steam now allows you to 'disable' dlc within steam itself so even if there is no managment within the game itself, steam can 'in theory' allow you to turn on and off specific DLC if ou find it 'offensive' for some odd reason
