Oh yes, stability is fantastic. great god it is fantastic. The effort and work that went into fixing that stuff is phenominal. What Volt is unhappy about is either balance, and/or actual multiplayer support (Like fair maps, picking starting locations in lobby, a ranking system of some kind, the ability to observe a game, the ability to resume a dropped game, things like that)
well. desync issues require both parties to send in info. because, by the bugs very nature, the info is different on both parties.

An idea that was floating around was: Give starbases a second level to the phase gate upgrade. It doesnt change the phase gate, but gives the starbase phase engines.

the repair cloud not affecting strike craft is a feature not a bug. affecting sc was far to op. jump stabilization reduces penelty from jumping away from starbases, not from phase jump inhibitors, you sure its not working right?

Been requested quite a few times. THere are a lot of map features that have been requested a few times. eventually something might happen, but prolly not for release.
