The Metaverse looks at that stuff as you submit more then just your score to the metaverse. If you cheat like this your account will be removed from the metaverse. ~SDC~

You can disable it by renaming the file Colony_Leaving.bik to Colony_Leaving.bik.old ~SDC~
.042 should fix that issue, you need to download it within Stardock central though. ~SDC~
Theres no way to take people off your planets other then colony ships or transports. ~SDC~
Exactly, when I beat the AI on all incredible, I only got 2300 points because I didn't bother waiting for population to grow and tech to be researched. Why should I have been able to get thousands of more points for just setting up a condition where I just hit end turn a few hundred times to max out population and tech? ~SDC~
The AI can't get a tech victory, so you have nothing to worry about there :) ~SDC~
"Better make it a year and eight months, just be safe." Alright, wasn't sure how efficent your new methods were. I think the situation calls for more coffee :) ~SDC~
"We HAVE learned a few more efficient methods of conquest since then." So a year and a half then ;) ~SDC~
I don't want to have to wait 2 years for that to happen though Asharak :) ~SDC~
"We are coming the mass of rabble will bring down your few guys...eventually " They also say that hell will freeze over...eventually ;) ~SDC~
I'll be sure to do that once I get to a higher rank ;) ~SDC~
Imperia is still doing better then both of your empires and we only have 13 members :) And I'll take 2 sugar, one cream. ~SDC~
Yeah, its all these extra medals that are slowing down my response time :) ~SDC~
Make sure to bring enough coffee for all of us :) ~SDC~
Trading tech for money is good, however you don't really want to give out battleship tech to people who are still using frigates as you need any advantage you can get. ~SDC~
Get as many planets as you can, +15% pq will turn class 14 planets to 16 right off the bat which will be very useful. Play the AI's against each other as best you can and try not to get involved in any wars unless you're in position to launch a quick strike at several of their planets. ~SDC~
They may be redundant, but its still pretty cool seeing all those medals:) ~SDC~
Lets say your playing a gigantic map on all intelligent AIs. Eventually you manage to conquer all but 1 or 2 races which have been pretty much reduced to insignficance compared to your empire. Now you have the option of placing a few starbases to get enough culture to win, finish conquering their remaining planets, or allying with them. Or you could just simply letting them live while you build your population and tech up, which in turn could give you a much higher score then you wo
We like medals. Medals are your friend. ~SDC~
Of course in the metaverse legend it shows the bronze 3rd place medal as the 2nd place with silver being 3rd. ~SDC~
The stacked horizontal represent games you've submitted. One bar is 5 games, 2 bar is 10 games, 3 bars is 15 games, 4 bars is 25 games, and 5 bars is 35 games. You can also see the metaverse awards at http://www.galciv.com/metaverse/legend.asp ~SDC~
When planets defect to the I-league its realated to the fact that they have low morale. If you see a red frowning face on one of your stars then it will eventually defect to the I-league unless you raise morale back to an acceptable level. The I-league can continually come back and there is no real way to destroy them for good. ~SDC~
It seems to me that maybe population is playing to much of a role in determining scores. Why accept one victory condition now, when a few hundred turns later I can win and get a much higher score on the metaverse. If perhaps time would become more of a factor or population less, it'd be possible to finish the game earlier and get roughly the same score you would have gotten by keeping the game going for another hour after your victory was already assured. ~SDC~
I laughed when I first realized I had a system called Algore, as did my roommate whos majoring in poli sci:) I just love those little touches of humor you can find in the game. ~SDC~
I've seen the AI build terror stars before. The only time I've seen them complete one though was when they were upgrading a resources starbase which seems odd. ~SDC~
