Some frozen water. It's suspected that there might be some large underground deposits but afaik there's not any good evidence for or against this yet. Water vapor's a good greenhouse gas, too, so having oceans would provide warmth as well as water and a home for microbes.

When scientists talk about "incomplete understanding" or "large uncertainties" when dealing with climate, in general they don't mean "we don't know for sure if it's happening or not.". They often mean something like "we're not sure if greenhouse gases will cause the temperature to go up by two degrees (a large amount) or by six degrees (a huge amount)." A scientist talking about "uncertainty" or an "incomplete understanding" might nonetheless believe that

That's the most shameless job of editing out the parts you don't like that I've ever seen. For one story, you take the first paragraph, because that's the one that stresses uncertainty, and ignore the summary which tells the wrong (for you) story. For the next one, you pick out the few words of the summary that make your side seem most plausible, and ignore the rest of the summary and of course the story itself. You obviously didn't read any of them. Then you claim you've "shredded" my position.

The level at which the AI got no bonuses used to be Intelligent. But then Frogboy said he reduced the AI bonuses at all levels, in 1.12. So now, who knows.
