Yeah know what you mean . . . I get the same here, I save immediately after abandoning a system. The worst I've had was in a maso game (lol I flatter myself) where I destroyed 3 colonies simultaneously just befor a multiple invasions . . . hehe! This caused the dreaded 'RED' screen crash (wierd general area of play all red)) with all the panels and boxes empty. I guess the AI wasn't expecting it? :notsure: I worked out the archeological 100 (non-fleet stacked) corvet find caused an ap

Yes! I had a similar event in a recent game against the Trojans. We where close and I was spending zero on espionage . . . one of thier politicians was killed and they declaired war on me (along with most the minors). Although as I read through your post again it seems there was no 'event' triggering the change of heart! That's odd . . . did you attack one of thier allies (a minor perhaps?). Somtimes also if thier govenment is destabilized or loses power that can cause friction. :nots

84787.5999999999 . . . ? Snap shot of Gone Golders Empire score. I wonder why all scores are usualy rounded off and this one isn't? Regarding Cotal A 'Sanguinic' who served her ealier coven by sanctifying ritual items and making cups of tea . . . Although diminutive in stature she's prissier than royalty and perhaps at times a little pretentious in unfamiliar company . . . Not all together at the one place at any time in particular more often than not eithe

Are you runing any encryption software i.e. yEnc and the like, there are some issues I believe with these and XML data (depending on how it is accessed and read) although I'm no expert . . . Hopefully someone out there will see this if we keep it on the front page . . . busy busy busy with the BETA I'd imagine, hang in there good luck. I'll see if I can find anything further but I think its a SDC software issue.

Your all incorrigible LOL I said: "OMG its a mutiny!, I shant abondon my post!" Which I did not do (i.e. not going to join FF or whatever they called it)! I don't want to split hairs here since its all water under the bridge but the subject of the sentence was the 'mutiny'. You've plenty of wenches over yonder anyway . . . hehe.

Obi Wan Now I'm really blushing! I posted a heartfelt reason for leaving the ANZACs in one of thier two threads (can't remember which one). I've always admired the folks in both the Fellowship and your Jedi Republic and I figured joining either would be a good decision. When I read that GROSS was numero uno . . . well I had to do something about it! LOL Right off the bat I need to ask a question (or two . . . mabye more) regarding Antimatter Technology . . . a. What's

It's only a game I know . . . but at 1 am in the morning with 20 alien Excaliburs on my doorstep I need to be a 'believer' . . . There's been alot of subterfuge revolving around the ANZAC's lately (not pointing any fingers, it's all too obvious which other empire is responsible). Although this is harsh and difficult to say I can't see any of the qualities here and now I thought would comprise this Southern Alliance. Mateship, Stickability, Loyalty? I mention this because I care and fee

Ditto! I'm still here (somewhere around the place) so there's no reason to miss me yet . . . hehe. I'm blushing :) Its something I always say when I don't know what else to say . . . can't remember where I got that eccentricity from? It's funny though . . . when I dislocated my ankle playing Netball and they gave me pethadin (Ahhh) . . . apparently I kept saying it over and over again! "heya hic#, I got a pet monkey!" LOL [Message Edited]

Thats a good point! I guess it's a trade of to get the systems defence bonuses. And another thing too, I can't handle the fact that you can't select a particular ship in a stacked force to single out for atttack (or at least I can't see a way to single one out?). re: Obi Wan's point, I'm not sure that's right i.e. try parking a ship right next to a system with a defending ship. The ship in orbit can't attack without leaving orbit . . . Jedi are kewl! [Message Edited]

Yes . . . I know what you mean. Its kinda like the situation with 'Globilization' Corporate Industry and Commence on a Galactic scale eating up all the little businesses and enterprizes. Hence people protest!

I read something about this. Humans are unable to move thier Capital since they have such affection for thier place of origin. Aliens (experienced space fairers) on the other hand may move thier Capital to increase a sectors influence . . . this they ussualy do. Pretty handy really! Unfair? Mabye . . .

Thats True seen it on ebay etc - also I vote in this poll and can vote again? Thats probably not a good idea, some people might do silly things . . . Bug Underfoot, did you try contacting the past owner? Apparently if you get the name and details they registered with you can get around your problem. Or so I've heard, Good Luck

Obi Wan thanks! I'll try the tab instead, much appreciated . . . on these Large maps I get sooooo muddled-up, sending an armada across the galaxy to attack the wrong planet at the moment seems a pretty regular 'tactic' I seem to be employing! LOL I can't fathom playing a Gigantic Map . . . . yikes.
