I admit I use the same tactics: kill Torians 1st, kill Altarians 2nd , kill Drath 3rd then worry about the rest.

To each their own. I would have given this game up a while ago if it wasn't for the metaverse scoring. At first is was a top 50 spot, then top 25, then top 10. Now I am after my Capt's hidden stash (sshh dont tell him). I have experimented with lots of different ways of playing to achieve faster games (sort of like an arms race). I also like experimenting with mod packs submitted from other players. This has helped maintain my interest. The only other game th

Currently playing two games at the moment using the Omega Pack. I have removed all mods except the a couple of Renegades Capital Modification. 1st Game: Using the Patrol Corp (like the idea) I found that the speed bonus does not work (only playing normal difficulty so its not a killer). All the other bonus/negatives work though. 2nd Game: Using the Science Corp I found every thing seemed to work well. I played Maso and had no problems submitting the score. Problems: A

Is that via Stardock? My Stardock Central (SDC) crashes when attempting to update itself. To get around this I cancel the Stardock update and use the older installed version. You have to do cancel it before it crashes itself. After this I am able to use SDC to download the GC and AP updates. It has only occured since I have been using mozilla as my default browser.

Another thing, in Mozilla and not Firefox, clicking on someone's name to view their profile opens a pop up box with it in. After this box has finished downloading the main page that you open the pop up box also changes to the character profile.

"What pages are you having problems with viewing in Mozilla" Quoting does not work using Firefox or Mozilla. Hovering the cursor above peoples medals etc does not show the text box (eg 5 Game Winner). Stardock Central does not seem to update since using Mozilla. This could be co-incidence. I am still able to update AP if I cancel out of the attempted Stardock update before it shuts down. The Website itself looks better to me under Firefox but that is

If you dont want to lose the colony evacuate almost every one before the event (leave 10 people). Leave a few AMM missiles (or best ship) around the planet with a combat transport. Soon as they appear take back the planet, or go to war and then sue for peace for BCs. :)

My thoughts on managing BCs: Dont have all the ship bonus buildings on your auto build. Select a couple of planets only to have the full range of Shipyards etc. This will reduce maintenance costs by a heap. For war have your best ship yards producing the larger ships and the others (no ship improvements) producing AMM.
