Don't mean to piss on your parade but some of the most well adjusted, successful people I know had parents that were parents not buddy's. Lived by rules and knew who the boss was (meaning they respected their parents). I think people will always be supportive of what touches them. I don't think people listen to anything just because it is popular. Something gets popular because a lot of people like it. I totally agree that art is an expression of the time period. Just because something is created with new technology like computers, it isn't any less an art form. My now 7yr old was so easy to potty train. At about 2yrs old we bought a couple of potties and he started playing with them. We then got the "Once Upon a Potty" video. Email Dependent in Blogging JoeUser Forums

I didn't realize how dependent I am on email until I recently lost use of mine. I think I have some kind of virus because Outlook Express and Internet Explorer give me a "program not responding" message every time I try to do anything with them. I spent a good part of yesterday removing hotfixes from my computer to make sure that wasn't what did it. It wasn't. I am using IE from another log on currently. I will have to migrate my email over. Email is such a time saver for a babbler

After having a local police officer fall to his death putting up lights, I decided to just put lights up in the landscaping (if at all). I don't see how anyone should be paid $45/hr for putting up lights! That's insane!! I had my post-op visit today and they took the stitches out. I am still amazed that I could have a huge vein yanked on a Thurs and have the stitches out the next Wed!
