Same here...all other websites (that I've checked) have their form fields showing as a dark grey (similar to Aero skin's fields)...but for some reason Google's is locked as white. How strange... edit: just checked the other tabs on the Google site (Images, Directory, etc.) and those have dark grey fields. I was a level-3 member and could neither see nor participate in ratings. Once I subscribed to WC, those options were available. Maybe coriander can post a small screenie...showing just that part of the page (comments/rating) so that others can see what she is referring to? Just an idea.

I've d/l and am using Aleksyandr's "Aero" skin, which is excellent, but I noticed that when I open Google, and go to type in the search box, my text doesn't show up...the text is white on a white background. Is there a way to change the text color only in forms? Thanks!

I have an AMD Athlon 1100...was running Windows millenium, then upgraded (clean install) to XP almost a year ago. At the time, I only had 128 Mb RAM, and it seemed to do okay. A few months later I added two 256 Mb dimm modules (Kingston). Glad I did the upgrade, but I was still able to install and run XP prior to the upgrade. Now I need to get a bigger hard drive.
