With the new demigods coming out, we need demigoddb to be updated. Does anyone know who made it, and if it's possible for him to update it?
OMG_Epiphenomenon
This is a pretty mana-intensive build. Do you ever run into mana issues? Not a bad build, overall. Poisoned arrows are really great, I just never get to level 15 in most games. It'd be nice if we could get it at level 10. :P
There goes Owa, PMSing again. :P
I imagine that there are plenty of things we can do to make currently useless items relevant. My first mod is going to make all of those useless mana helms useful. :P
I hope the guy that runs demigoddb.com will add them. He hasn't done anything in a long time.
No, you can't interrupt last stand. However, he won't level since he'll die a lot, and you will gain gold from killing him. Every team ought to have at least 1 Demigod with good AoE in order to handle stuff like this. If their citadel reinforcements were pushing you around, you needed to get them yourself. Also, while he's still alive, chainstunning works well.
It's the second best dps boost per cost of mana.
Wat.
I hate how long it takes TB to switch forms, otherwise I'd use Zech's build. :(
Sure, you can't get it right from the start, but you can get XP 1 and 2 by War Rank 4. It takes very little XP to level up early on, so missing out on the first few levels doesn't delay your overall experience bonus that badly, because experience grows exponentially. Like I said, levels are discrete variables, and they don't cost that much. In my practical experience, it helps out a lot, especially if the other team buys priests. You'll earn 46% more experience if they do. I chalk up victorie
It's AoE that isn't mitigated by armor. Thirty-seven damage is equal to a weapon that does 74 damage when your opponent has 50% mitigation. It's crap on Sedna, because her base attack speed is low. Higher attack speed equates a higher chance per second for it to proc. I use it on UB when I go for ultra-AoE.
Demigod: Rook Balance issue: Rook is quite slow, but he really isn't a behemoth after the early game. He's an average Demigod in combat. What kind of solution?: Reduce the relative speed difference between him and his opponents. Proposed solution: Increase Rook's speed to 6 and/or let him get poisoned arrows at level 10.
I have to disagree. XP 1 and 2 are needed for maximum effectiveness. The early game sacrifice is ok, because towers will protect you for a while. Being half a level ahead of your opponent in a conflict means that you will reach the next level sooner. Levels are discrete variables, so it's as if you were an entire level ahead (for half the time). They translate into nearly a full level advantage for your entire team at level 10, and over an entire level advantage thereafter. If it was
Orb of Veiled Storms works really well with Divine Justice and Surge of Faith. It's like 1k instant AoE, and that translates into a lot of health. :D Also, Shield IV + Dark Crimson Vial equals over 2k heal at level 10. That's insane! It's not a bad favor item for Oak.
So, everyone's told you that Yetis are crap. In all-but-one situation, I would agree with you. The problem with Yetis is that they do not become a reckoning force until level 10, and at that point additional reinforcements begin to spawn and they lose effectiveness. Since no one really checks game settings, set the starting level to Level 10 and start out with high gold. Under these conditions, yetis are a viable option. Otherwise, you'll be completely useless for 2/3rds of the game.
What do you think of Cloak of Night favor item with Oak? I've seen it work pretty well.
Give her the ability to be immune from stuns (not interrupts). She's the one that suffers the most from being chain-stunned. Her main survival ability, shield with compost, can't work in more than 1v1 games because of chainstuns. Or, give her a stun.
The mana-drain gloves don't provide any damage output enhancements...it is was a +60 weapon damage, I'd think about it.
Bahaha. Sarcasm?
I am a premade team consisting of one member. :P
Rook needs his base speed to be bumped to 6. It's not hard to outrun him if you want to.
Are any balancing changes going to be made with favor items?
So by the time I'm ready to start choosing stats, max diseased claws, or whatever, I have a pretty good idea of whether or not we're going to go into overtime with artifacts. Previously I used to just take diseased claws instinctively but now that I think about it I really ought to be taking BW at 16+ becuase stats are such a minor percentage of my total HP/Damage at that point and Diseased Claws is nice but most people have such high movement speed late game that such a weak snare has
Lukas plays against his premade quite a bit, I think that's why his win percentage is low. Still, I wanna see you two go at it. :D
I've been playing since release and have never had a single problem finding a game, I guess it's down to each person's personal experience.
It has been taking longer to get games started.
Cow is an exceptional fire TB. It's certainly a viable build as long as you have other player with interrupts. There's nothing wrong with full fire TB.
