Here's the number 16 icon. It's the My Videos icon. The folder's model and texture is the same as the open folder icon. The Addition here, is the filmstrip. Model: I used rectangle shape tool to create an 85 by 65 rectangle. then I created a 1 by 1 square and used the array tool to create the holes in the filmstrip. I then beveled it. Finally, I used the edit poly modifier to bevel the face of the picture.<b

I simply loaded the My Computer icon, deleted the CPU, then merged in the earth icon and lights from the Entire Network icon. I moved and scaled as needed.
