BlueSteel, what you people don't understand about evil is that we divide into factions for a reason. It is called divide and multiply. If evil had attempted to stay in one untited block all this time we would never have evolved into the highly sophisticated evil we have today. By dividing into factions, all the weakest evil gets destroyed and only the best/cleverest/strongest evil continues. And that after all is what evil is all about... ...maybe ;p

Oh yes, thanks, its down the bottom of the page...
Anyone who hasn't seen it should check out my little sketch of one of the PanGaea Cooperative's PartyPalace TerrorStars... http://www.kiamagic.com/pangaea/partypalace.html ...oh and Killa Koala, it is whole star systems they destroy, not just planets. I'm sure you knew this, but I have an annoying tendency to point such things out sometimes. Forgive me, I'm just evil like that... ;p
Anton reclines in his private party room, being attended only by a message droid. He has just returned from a campaign of pleasure extending PanGaea's influence across a 'large' part of the 'metaverse', returning the joyous cooperative to the top 25 Empires. What is more, he lost not a single ship, nor did he destory a single ship. Nor did he go to war with any major race at any point. They were all won over by party palaces, water parks and trade. Ah! What it is to be the l

Is there a way to safely change the email address I use to submit scores without losing all the scores I already submitted? I ask because my regular account got targetted by a bunch of bigotted idiots that didn't like one of my websites and who submitted it to a certain site with 'aweful' in the name. This basically resulted in that email address being targetted by about 200-400 virus email per day, so I had to shut it down and use one of my alternate email addresses.
Another idea on asteroid fields. There might be an advanced kind of starfighter that can navigate through them, and there might be a neutral tech for doing some advanced mining type things with asteroid fields. This way an evil empire with a TerrorStar may have blown up a star system and turned it to asteroids, but it would take a different empire to come along and fully exploit the created resources.
Oh yeah there was another idea I thought of that I forgot to mention. There have been times when I would have liked to move a fleet of warships into blockade of a star system I was attacking that no longer had any ships. Moving a fleet into blockade should of course be an act of war, and planetary and star system defences etc should mean that a fleet in blockade slowly sustains damage and can't stay their permanently, but it should also mean enemy ships can't enter orbit of the star system wit
But seems like GC2 will only come in 2005 earliest.
Thats okay, that gives us another year and a bit of GC1. I may slow down at some point, but I don't see myself quitting in that time... ...oh and I like the idea of the evil smily. Fits my image of an evil hedonist. :HOT:
I've got nothing against the wearing of black, I do it all the time myself. But the most evil people I know are all adding a little touch of cuteness, nothing major, and okay probably fluffy bunny slippers would be over the top, but its amazing what you can do with a small amount of colour to emphasise the vastness of your black. It could be a cartoon character keyring or mobile holder. Especially if you deliberately created that cartoon as a brain washing tool for the children... :HOT: <
Thanks Cypher! I'm glad we're getting noticed. I plan to add character information/story to the website also when I get the chance. This will be for senators and overlords of the PGC. I'll be doing more sketches and artwork also, as the mood takes me. Also, when I've had a chance to really explore them, I'll offer exchange links to other empires with their own website. But they'll have to be cool websites. I'm not going to link to something that is anti-pleasure or nationalistic/s
Hmm, don't know if anyone else would agree with me, but I skimmed this entire thread and didn't see the following mentioned... i) Starbases should have populations, and it should be possible to invade and take over a star base with armed force. Of course, this would be very different from star system invasion, which would involve far more troops. ii) Star system invasions should not be instantaneous. We are talking about wars involving bigger populations than we currently hav
Actually, I don't know what came over me there. It'll be fun extending our influence to regain our position in the top 25! :D :HOT:
Anyway, I knew our first visit to the top 25 wouldn't last long, so we have work to do to get back up there... >:(
I've just had time to check out your templar link. Interestingly I came across that same site earlier today searching for pictures of templar skull and crossbones. All I found were pictures of the skull and bones on templar gravestones. Couldn't find the reference to the fleet flying that as their flag. But they did sail free and some of them ended up joining a Scottish fleet in the islands. Apparently some knights ran a Scottish island for Robert the Bruce. In a bizzare tw
That's like a mafia hitman wearing bunny slippers to work. It just doesn't happen.
Truth maybe stranger than what you see in the films... Evil with 'cute' touches is probably a fashion/general trend thats taking off right now... :HOT:
I know, the famous Baphomet picture was from the 18th century and drawn by Eliphas Levi and has nothing to do with the Knights Templar. However, the name 'Baphomet' is written in the inquisition records in conection with the Templar trials. They were accused of worshipping a deity/devil by this name. (The church used the term devil for any deity that wasn't their god). It is also a perfect Essene cypher of the name Sophia, (wisdom). So if the Templars didn't know Baphomet at all, then the p
A technique I have found to work well is to build several party palace space stations in your own most influential sector, later maxing them out on culture, economic and mining bonuses, since that sector is likely to have a lot of your best planets, and therefore your best trade. Doing this increases your influence to the magnitude sugested above by Max, so that is less needful to go the extreme of four starbases in one sector again. Also, another advantage of piling the constructors
Oh, I really should put a direct link to the website on this thread shouldn't I! Here it is... http://www.kiamagic.com/pangaea/
Okay, just made some updates to the PanGaea Empire site, moved the history lesson to a seperate page for a more friendly introduction, and added a new page, with new artwork, about our PartyPalace TerrorStars... All to celebrate our entry into the top 25! :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT:
What I find quite funny is that mikeydsc (aka Ambassador Eradicus) finally joined an empire that didn't actually pitch for a new recruit in this thread... ...the galactic hedonists, known mysteriously as the PanGaea Cooperative. Who have, within a short space of time, sprung into existence, and then into the top 25 empires, spreading parties, fun and pleasure in their wake.
I might be able to add another game this weekend myself. It will be as well that we do if we want to stay long in the top 25...
Thanks Theoden, its good we got the logo sorted before we entered the top 25 empires...
Senator Anton is no sooner out of the hospital wing than he is back in action, spreading his own brand of twisted pleasure to yet another corner of the galaxy, increasing the influence of the PanGaea Cooperative so that we are now ranked in the top 25 Empires... "Ah! This is the life" he thinks to himself, as he relaxes in his private quarters on one of the Terrorstar Party palaces, attended by three human pleasure slaves who message his back and feet whilst he watches the new Altarian
Oh, and thanks to Ambassador Eradicus, the metaverse version of the PGC logo has been brightened up somewhat. EDIT: Spelling error corrected... [Message Edited]
