I had a special case in a recent game. I was a bit behind everyone, and they all (except 2 that disappeared due to the foundamentalitst) got allied (i've never seen it before): alexians, carinoids, drengin, altarian, arcean. Each one allied with everyone else. Except me, allied with noone, and thus in not a very good position.. In only one of my games did a minor became the dominant power. But since they were fundamentalists, I guess it's an exception. In my current game I have a new CTD (new to me): there is a resource (pink I think), probably one of thoses that you grab with the survey ship in the begining (except I'm near end game), that I've just noticed. Everytime I click on it I have a CTD (had it yesterday, and today just checked twice in the autosave that it was still happening). ~SDC~ Correction: it was a Carinoid cargo ship (one of the tiny ones) -- I just saw it destryed by the altarians.
