Oh one more thing - no reload was involved, at least with my bug :) I was told there had been trouble with this before, and wanted to clarify this. /Flemming

I second that - this is also part of what I've asked about previously - a Turn summary sheet somewhere, or event summeray would be incredibly, and give more feel and credibility to a living breating galaxy /Flemming
Once again, I have influence trouble :-) Sometimes, the map updates strangely for 1 turn, before returning to normal conditions - it seems that all influence color sectors are reduced to the ones with actual planets and/or starbases in it. The next turn, it works fine /Flemming
I've noticed that once in a blue moon, the list of possible social projects contains a paranthesis with a number in after the name - for instance - News Network (3) and Stadium (10). The above are "real-game" examples :) can anyone tell me what the darn this is? /Flemming
I think EB is an electronics Boutique, with webshop, where you can buy games... So basically, he's bought the game from a standard shop, and not in anyway the download option. Sorry Eric
Jack, I'm looking at the Net income to see my total plus BC each turn - easiest thing to remember from turn to turn. But yes, perhaps I should check the Tax income instead - good point :) /Flemming
TJLI: Nope, wasnt that that happened :-) Okay - I was EXTREMELY sure that new resources appeared in the end game - actually I would stake my boss' reputation on it ;-) But if the programmers say it doesnt happen so, well?? The reason I was sure, was that suddenly in endgame, in the middle of my territory, an Influence resource was taken by the enemy AI. I am pretty sure it wasnt there before, and suddenly a lot of them seemed to appear, morale, influence, military resoruces, even 2 in s
Not so - I've seen them appear in the middle of the game from time to time /Flemming
Nope - morale was fine - 61 overall I think, but again, that was not the point. According to the manual, I was to get 20 percent BONUS not less money, from a government change like this one.
Hmm, this again depends on what kind of game you want to play. I don't want to set up scout routes throughout the galaxy and then check the map every 15th turn to see if anything new has come up. I want to manage my empire - not my ships :-) Again, it's playstyle - perhaps an option to decide the respawn factor??
Ted, sorry, no demo avialable for Moo3 - thats what the Developers has stated all through development. But chances are, if you like Galciv, you will like Moo3 as well, them being in the same genre and all. Moo3 only focuses a bit more on tactical combat between fleets, and is geared a lot towards war-mongering. At least, that is my impression, also based on the two previous games. But all in all, a good 4x strategy game, which for myself will come in handy, when I've pla
Thanks - awesome feedback here - thanks again, Dev team :CONGRAT:
aaaahhhhhhh - Nice to know :-) thanks - perhaps there should be a little gametext saying so somewhere after the UP coulncil?
I must say, that a change og government doesnt really appeal to me. After having Imperial with a +8 BC each turn, I tried changing to Federation, three turn later I check my income, and it's down to -17BC each turn. hmm, not really woth my time then, is it??
So, the creation of a trade federation should make the freighters safe?? what exactly does the trade federation do? can freigters no-longer be attacked?? I havent seen anything happen based on this.
Hi, playing a new game, huge galaxy, I noticed an annoying trend at the end of the game. There was all these new resources - minable resources, morale, influence and so forth, sprouting up everywhere, somewhere even 2 in the same sector(morale, both of them). The computer AI's seemed to know about those as well, and since I had already scouted the areas once, I didn't feel the need to do it again, and I must admit I don't do a thourough scan of the minimap that often to find all the
Hehe- well, I think the manual is "Work-in-progress" this far :) Asmodean_dk - yeah, probably, I guess we will have to wait for the Devs to answer this one, although I doubt it will make it into the game by now. /Flemming
okay - cant make it work - go to the manual, find the link in the Index going to "Basic Walkthrough"

ehm, I'll try again http://www.galciv.com/encyclopedia.asp?action=showpage&page=http://www.galciv.com/docs#_Toc28077968
Also, check out this http://www.galciv.com/encyclopedia.asp?action=showpage&page=http://www.galciv.com/docs#_Toc28077968 in the games manual for a basic walkthough. Hope it helps :-) /Flemming
hmm, I tried doing so in notepad, but the CTLR-V option just didnt work. Do I need MS Word for this???
Last game I played, huge galaxy all AI's, was kinda strange. after a few turns, there was no random events or UP councils at all anymore? Have savegame - will travel! (or email) /Flemming
Hi, won yet another game, hehe and was about to upload the score to the metaverse but behold - I could not write my email adress, since I couldn't write @ . I do not have US keyboard as standard, but danish which may be the problem? /Flemming
Magus wrote: "Regardless of the above I like your idea of putting the homeworld coordinates in with the race info. Especially as espionage doesn't work on the minor races, or at least in prior betas it hasn't, I haven't had the chance to check it for 4Z yet." Nope - no espionage against the minor races yet :-( So, in other words, the planet is long gone, and my useless agents are decieving me with reports from some beachworld, where they warn me of the evil Calor? Niice, he
